These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Chainsaw Revival, a chainsaw repair and maintenance business based in Devon, UK. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Offered
Chainsaw Revival provides:
Chainsaw repair and maintenance
Fault diagnosticsReplacement of parts (where necessary)
General servicing and safety checks
All services are performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
2. Service Bookings
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or in person.Customers must provide accurate details of the chainsaw make, model, and known issues.We reserve the right to refuse service based on safety, legality, or technical feasibility.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All pricing is quoted in GBP and includes VAT (if applicable).Estimates are provided in good faith but may change based on further diagnostics.Customers will be informed of any additional charges before extra work is undertaken.
4. Deposits and Payments
Some services may require a deposit, particularly where parts need to be ordered.Full payment is due upon completion of work and before the equipment is released.Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and debit/credit card.
5. Turnaround Time
We aim to complete repairs within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to:

Extent of damage
Additional repairs required
We will notify customers of any delays promptly.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Ensure the chainsaw is delivered in a clean and safe conditionProvide any relevant history or past repair information
Collect the chainsaw within 7 days of completion unless otherwise agreed
Chainsaw Revival is not responsible for equipment left uncollected after 30 days. Uncollected items may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.
7. Warranty and Liability
Repairs are covered by a 14-day workmanship guarantee
Manufacturer warranties apply for any new parts fitted
We are not liable for:Damage due to misuse or neglect
Faults unrelated to our repairLoss of income or business caused by equipment downtime

9. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service on any item deemed unsafe or improperly modified. Unsafe machines may be reported in accordance with relevant safety laws.
10. Data ProtectionCustomer data is stored securely and only used for service-related communications. We do not share your information with third parties unless legally required.
